Bunker Tidy Up Guide

Bunker Tidy Up FAQ

Bunker Tidy Up FAQ

Quick answers to the questions players are actually asking — with what is confirmed, what is only reported, and what nobody knows yet. Checked against the live launch build on September 24, 2026 — the day after launch.

Is Bunker Tidy Up a survival game or a cleaning game?

Both, sort of. The setting is a stockpiled survival bunker, but the gameplay is cleaning and organizing — the store page calls it "a meditative game about organizing a space without rushing or pressure." The community's own summary from the forum thread "I'm Confused": one player asked whether it is a prepper game or "Mom having to pick up after the kids game," and the thread's answer was that it is a mom-sim about cleaning up after a prepper. Expect categories and shelves, not radiation meters.

Does Bunker Tidy Up have co-op or multiplayer?

No. The Steam page lists the game under the Single-player category only, and there is no mention of co-op anywhere in the official description. Players have requested it — a forum thread titled "Co-op?" argues that "with this many items, co-op would be perfect" — but nothing has been announced. If multiplayer support ever lands, it will show up on the store page first.

What do you actually do in the game?

Pick up scattered supplies and put them where they belong: 17,437 items, 100+ unique types, across dozens of supply categories (food, medicine, tools, books are the official examples). Each item has its own logic for placement, the HUD counters track your progress, and there is a skill system behind Tab (the Upgrade Window). No timers, no fail state.

Is there an upgrade or skill system?

Yes — confirmed. The in-game HUD binds Tab to the "Upgrade Window," and the launch achievement list spells out the system: "Will Come in Handy — Unlock a skill" (80.7% of players) and "Jack of All Trades — Fully unlock and upgrade all skills" (3.7%). So skills can be unlocked and then upgraded. The individual skill list is not documented in any official source yet — see controls & first steps.

What happens after you put everything away?

Partially answered: the achievement list includes "American Dream — Correctly place all items on the shelves," held by only 3.4% of players as of September 24, 2026 — so a full clear is officially tracked, and placing items correctly (not just anywhere) is the whole game. Whether anything happens after that final item — the store page only hints "perhaps discover what happened outside" — is still not confirmed. The demo's "unlocked the door" question from the forums remains unanswered for the full build.

When did it come out, and what does it cost?

Released September 23, 2026 on Steam (PC, single-player, not Early Access) at $4.99, launch discount −20% → $3.99 (checked September 24, 2026). First reviews: Positive (17), 82% positive. See the release page and the live Steam page for the current numbers.

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10, Intel Core i7 8700K, 16 GB RAM, RTX 3060, 3 GB storage — full table with commentary on the system requirements page.

Is there a demo?

Not anymore, it seems. The store page shows no Download Demo button after launch (checked September 24, 2026), and the game does not appear separately in Steam search. Players reference a demo build in the forums, so one existed during pre-launch — but treat the demo as unavailable unless the button shows up on the store page.

How many achievements are there, and are they hard?

14 achievements. Completion rates one day after launch range from 97.7% (place your first item correctly) down to 3.4% (place every single item in the bunker). Full list with requirements and rates on the achievements page.

Who develops and publishes it?

Tovarishch Games (developer) and PlayWay S.A. (publisher) — both straight from the Steam store page.
